EMEA Marketplaces and B2B E-Commerce Manager
Leading both the EMEA B2B E-Commerce and Marketplaces channels, with total responsibility for eight-figure revenues. Managing a regional and cross-functional team while owning budget, P&L, and strategic roadmap across EMEA countries.
In this role, I’ve been focusing on driving sustainable growth through digital strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and team empowerment. Working in such a complex environment taught me how to balance strategy and empathy, making critical decisions while ensuring alignment and engagement across multiple teams, cultures, and countries.
Key Achievements:
- Delivered +8% revenue and +10% margin vs the company average in the first year.
- Led Google Analytics implementation for the B2B platform, identifying and resolving 20+ website issues and shaping a new user experience and digital marketing strategy, resulting in a +50% conversion rate increase.
- Built a digital best-practices framework adopted across EMEA to enhance collaboration between sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance.
Jun 2020 - Sept 2022
Global E-Commerce Strategy and Business Development Manager
Led a global team in creating and implementing e-commerce growth strategies for pure online players, marketplaces, direct-to-consumer businesses, and e-retailers, achieving nine-figure sellout values and constant double-digit growth. I focused on P&L optimisation through cross-functional collaboration with the marketing, digital marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams.
This experience taught me how to connect a global vision with local execution and how to influence and guide teams through transformation. I also developed an analytical mindset to turn complexity into clarity, and learned the value of listening deeply, building trust, and leading with purpose.
Key Achievements:
- Designed and led a global profitability project for our most important e-commerce customer, improving margins and generating six-figure annual savings. This project was later presented as a best practice to the CEO and C-level executives.
- Leveraging data insights, I created and promoted one of the top-selling SKUs in the e-commerce channel, thereby shaping product strategy and marketing investment decisions.
- Launched a global project to monitor and exploit new e-commerce opportunities.

Marketplace Consultant
As part of Amazon’s Marketplace team, I partnered with Italy’s top-tier Selling Partners to drive sustainable growth and strengthen their presence across Amazon’s global marketplaces. My role combined strategic consulting, project management, and data-driven business development, helping brands unlock new opportunities through analytics, marketing, and operational excellence.
Beyond my portfolio, I contributed to shaping the foundations of Amazon’s new consultancy service, developing processes, tools, and best practices adopted across EMEA.
Key Achievements:
- Managed a portfolio worth > € 60 MM, achieving a 92% partner satisfaction rate (vs. 80% target).
- Appointed EMEA project manager for the brand owners stream, coordinating cross-market initiatives to improve Selling Partners' experience
- Designed and launched an employee experience improvement project, recognized and awarded by the Marketplace Director for innovation and impact.

Account Manager
Recruited and launched strategic retailers across Amazon’s EU5 marketplaces, supporting their digital transformation and helping them scale their online business. I combined analytical insight with commercial acumen to identify growth levers, negotiate partnerships, and deliver measurable results across multiple categories.
This experience has strengthened my ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, and to build trust-based relationships with partners through transparency, data-driven insights, and collaboration.
Key Achievements:
- Delivered > € 5 MM in revenues (+6% vs. target) in year 1, managing the second largest customer of my team.
- Achieved +5% vs. H1 target in year 2.
Apr 2017 - Nov 2017
Associate Vendor Manager
As part of the Retail team, I managed topline growth for new vendors, overseeing their end-to-end onboarding process. I was responsible for negotiation, assortment expansion, logistic optimization, marketing activations, and promotional strategy to accelerate category growth.
I also led internal initiatives aimed at improving vendor engagement and knowledge sharing, including the organization of on-site cross-category workshops in Italy.
Key Achievements:
- Launched 23 new vendors generating > € 5 MM in incremental revenues.
- Designed and delivered the Italian cross-category workshop (168 attendees, 4.6/5 satisfaction score), later scaled across EMEA.
